Jerome Village will also meet the growing need for village housing in the Dublin area. While the approximately 2,200 residential units will range in price from $175,000 to more than $1 million, the village housing will provide much needed options for area teachers, police, firemen, nurses, and workers who will come to town to fill the thousands of jobs available from growth in the area including the new OhioHealth hospital in Dublin and the Central Ohio Innovation Center, Dublin's new research park.
