Construction is set to begin on Phase One of Jerome Village. Nationwide Realty Investors has struck an agreement with Union County and the city of Marysville to run sewer and water to the Jerome Township site. This agreement allows Nationwide to start developing 130 lots in the first part of Jerome Village, a section called Glacier Park, west of Hyland-Croy Road and north of Brock Road. When completed, the development will include 2,500 homes and 1.5 million square feet of office and retail space on 1,435 acres.
