Epcon Communities is building at Jerome Village

Epcon Map

To add even more to the spectrum of choices available at Jerome Village, we are excited to announce that Epcon Communities will begin construction this summer on The Courtyards at Jerome Village.

The development site is located directly across from the Community Center at the corner of Ryan Parkway and Hyland Croy. The neighborhood will feature detached condos and duplex products that will provide a maintenance free living environment. This means that residents of The Courtyards will enjoy the benefits of owning a home without the perpetual stresses of exterior maintenance. Homeowners will be able to relax and live a life of leisure knowing a professional association is handling all of their home’s exterior upkeep including yard work, landscaping and snow removal.

IMG_20160414_101228482Condos will include single-story floor plans along with community amenities such as a pavilion, pickle ball and bocce ball courts, and a beautiful community garden. Epcon’s detached product will also feature private side yards with outdoor living spaces that can be personalized by each individual owner.

Additional information about this new neighborhood will be available in the coming weeks.

Thirty minutes from Downtown, in the southeastern corner of Union County, a village is taking shape.

Launched five years ago, when the housing market was in rubble, Jerome Village is starting to resemble the mega-development it will one day become.

More than 250 homes are occupied in the community and another 120 are under construction. That’s still a long way from the 2,200 homes expected when Jerome Village is finished, but the pace has picked up dramatically since central Ohio sales started rebounding in 2012.
