40-acre site within Jerome Village has officially been transferred to the Dublin City School District.

Jerome Village is pleased to share that The site, valued at approximately $1.4 million, is located west of the intersection of Ravenhill Parkway and Hyland-Croy Road. The land was donated to Dublin Schools for the future construction of an elementary and/or middle school. The construction timeline will be determined by the Dublin City School Board.

“We are thrilled to have closed on the transition of this site to Dublin Schools,” said Nationwide Realty Investor’s real estate director Bart Barok. “At completion, Jerome Village will have more than 2200 single-family homes. The schools are of the utmost importance to our homeowners, and are an integral part of our development’s master plan.”
