Mandatory Registration
Primary household members must complete their swim registration before visiting the pool. Entry will not be permitted without correct registration. If you have not completed household registration in the Club Automation membership portal, please email [email protected].
No Annual Re-Registration Required!
Thanks to system updates, families no longer need to re-register each year for pool access. However, it is essential to confirm that all household members are correctly registered before visiting the pool.

How to Verify Pool Access for You and Your Household:
- Log into your My JVCC app.
- Click Profile (bottom right corner).
- Click Profile Information (under your name).
- Scroll to Active User Groups > you should see ‘Pool Access’
- Primary users should verify all family members to ensure they also have the correct Active User Groups.
- If you do not see Pool Access or notice any duplicate names, please contact [email protected] to complete your registration.
Important Note:
Children Aged 12-17: If you would like your children (ages 12-17) to access the pool without an adult present, please contact us to have this access added to their profile. A waiver will be emailed to you for signing. Be sure to include your child(ren)’s name(s) and home address in your email.
