Seven homes in Jerome Village in Union County will be featured in this year’s Parade of Homes.
Nationwide Realty Investors developed the area inside Jerome Township and is hosting this year’s event that runs from Sept. 1-16. Specifically, the houses are in the Eversole Run neighborhood.
The Building Industry Association of Central Ohio’s event was held there in 2013, too.
“The diversity in architectural styles, combined with the outstanding quality-of-life offerings … will create an unmatched experience for our Parade guests,” BIA Executive Director Jonathan Melchi said in a release.
The parade homes are in the $1 million to $2 million price range and showcase some of the newest architectural and design features.
The 1,600-acre Jerome Village is about half developed and features 13 neighborhoods, a community center and connectors to the local trail system.
“The pace of development has been tremendous over the last five years throughout Jerome Village, and we are pleased to showcase one of our most sought-after neighborhoods in Eversole Run,” Brian Ellis, president and COO of Nationwide Realty Investors, said in the release.
