Seven new homes at Eversole Run featured in BIA’s home tour
Seven new state-of-the-art homes at Eversole Run in Jerome Village are featured this year at the Building Industry Association’s Parade of Homes tour, which continues through Sept. 16.
The seven houses, ranging in price from $750,000 to $2 million, were built by Arthur Rutenburg Homes, Bob Webb Homes, Coppertree Homes, Memmer Homes, Manor Homes, Romanelli & Hughes and 3 Pillar Homes.
Eversole Run is in Jerome Township, in the Dublin City School District. It is an exclusive neighborhood with homes situated on spacious, park-like lots surrounded by mature trees, a ravine and a water feature. Houses on the tour will include a diverse range of architectural styles.
The 2013 BIA Parade of Homes was also hosted by Jerome Village. This year’s attendees will have an opportunity to see the broad spectrum of homes that have been built in that area. More than half of Jerome Village’s 1,600 acres have been developed to date, including 13 neighborhoods, a community center featuring a restaurant, pool and fitness center, and trails that connect to the Glacier Ridge Metro Park trail system.
Jerome Village is a development by Nationwide Realty Investors, the real estate development affiliate of Nationwide and the developer of the Arena District and Grandview Yard among others in Central Ohio. Directly and through joint ventures, Nationwide Realty Investors owns more than $2 billion in real estate investments across the country.
