2023 BIA Parade of Homes

The 2023 BIA Parade of Homes kicks off today at noon in locations throughout central Ohio!
Jerome Village continues to be a highly anticipated location for Parade of Homes goers with custom homes from 3 Pillar Homes, Bob Webb Homes, Manor Homes, and Virginia Homes and select parade homes ranging from $1.1 to $2.45 Million.
Boo at the Barn
Friday, October 27 • 5 PM
Mark your calendar for a creepy celebration planned at the barn this spooky season! Boo at the Barn tickets include a pumpkin painting craft, dinner buffet, and ghoulish games. Don’t forget your witch hats and superhero capes for a chance to win best costume contest.
• 5 PM: Doors open
• 5:15 PM: Pumpkin painting
• 6 PM: Buffet (included with ticket purchase)
o Salad, cheese and pepperoni pizzas, and a sweet treat
o Bar will be open with festive mocktails & beverages for all ages
o Games and costume contest
This is a ticketed event; ticket sales start on September 22 at 12 PM and ends on October 20 at 6 PM. Children 2 and under get in free.
*Please note that the Bar & Grille dining room will be closed to the public on October 27.
Trick-or-Treat

Trick-or-treat will take place in Jerome Township on Tuesday, October 31! Happy Halloween – be safe and have fun!
Jerome Village Resident Happy Hour
Every Third Thursday of the Month • 4 – 6 PM
Are you new to the neighborhood or would like to meet and mingle with your neighbors and community center staff? Stop by the Jerome Village Bar & Grille during Jerome Village Resident Happy Hour on every third Thursday of the month. All are welcome to enjoy half-off cocktails from 4 – 6 PM.
Wednesday Trivia Night

Don’t miss trivia night with your friends, neighbors, or family members. Every Wednesday of the month, test your knowledge while enjoying delicious drinks, appetizers, and dinner. Specials include Watershed vodka for $5 and $2 off 9” pizzas from 4 – 7 PM.
