We are committed to continuous improvement through process enhancements and resident opportunities, including a new Exterior Modifications Checklist and a shared Property Management email inbox for more seamless communication. Get ready to make a splash this Memorial Day weekend with the
Jerome Village Community Center’s opening day celebration —featuring a cannonball contest, grilled hot dogs, burgers, brats, and poolside fun!

Pool & Concession Stand Hours: Mon. – Sun. 11 AM – 8 PM*
Jerome Village Bar & Grille: Wed.- Sun. 4 – 9 PM*
(kitchen closes at 8 PM)

Jerome Village Landscape Maintenance Updates
🌿 During the spring, you may see us throughout the community working on various common area tasks. This primarily includes seeding, weed treatments, pond care, and mosquito control. Grassy areas will be maintained and street trees will be planted.
Residents are reminded that to keep street trees healthy, remove weeds, water weekly, and prune branches at least 8 feet above sidewalks. Additionally, replace mulch and/or ground cover in early June to retain moisture, prevent weeds, and provide a well-maintained appearance. Common areas should be kept clear of personal landscaping, yard waste, trash, and belongings to ensure a beautiful area for all to enjoy. Exterior Modifications Checklist
To enhance the Exterior Modification Application process, we’re excited to introduce a new Exterior Modification Application Checklist! This checklist will guide you through the required information for common projects, helping ensure applications have the necessary documents and details from the start. While some applications may still require extra information, we hope this tool makes the process faster and more efficient for everyone.
As a reminder, all Exterior Modification applications must be submitted online through your Resident Center (Buildium) account via ‘Architectural Request’. If you do not yet have the required MPOA account to set up Resident Center (Buildium) access, please contact the Property Management Office for further assistance.
