Landscape Maintenance Reminder: Refresh Your Mulch by June 1st
As part of keeping our community looking its best, this is a friendly reminder that all mulch and/or ground cover in landscape beds and tree rings must be replenished annually by June 1st. For additional details, please refer to the Property Code, which can be found in the documents section of your resident center portal.
Refreshing your mulch not only enhances curb appeal, but also helps retain moisture, prevent weeds, and supports the overall health of your landscaping.
As we head into the spring season, please take a moment to review these community cleanliness reminders:
-Secure trash cans, lids, and lightweight outdoor items—especially on windy days
-Store waste and recycling bins in a garage when not out for collection
-Pick up any items or debris that may have blown from your property
-Always clean up pet waste and dispose of it properly
