If you’re looking for an interactive and unique way to celebrate Valentine’s Day, join us for an evening of charcuterie, cheese, and chocolate for a date night to remember!

We’ll start off with a guided charcuterie, cheese and chocolate tasting led by North Country Charcuterie Salami Monger, Duncan Forbes, also serving Black Radish Creamery and Coco Cat Chocolates. Guests will get expert advice on pairings, as well as insider tips on assembling a board that will WOW your guests!

Next, using an assortment of North Country Charcuterie salamis, Black Radish Creamery cheeses, chocolate from Coco Cat and several accouterments, guests will get the chance to put their learning into action and each couple will assemble their own charcuterie board on a locally hand-crafted live edge walnut cheese board by Griffin Hollow Studios.
