SEMESTER 1 EXAMS (Dec. 13-16)
Below is the link to our First Semester Exam Schedule for Dec. 13-16. Semester Exam account for 10% of the overall grade for students for the semester. These are important summative assessments that allow students to demonstrate learning.

Students are expected to take their exam during the scheduled times. Students are not permitted to move exams without prior administrative approval. (Please see pg. 17 of Student Handbook for specific details.)
Families that have planned to leave early for a trip must contact the Attendance Office to complete a pre-arranged absence form prior to exam week. Any student missing an exam will complete their exams when they return. All exams that need to be rescheduled will need prior administrative approval.
Please contact the appropriate administrator, school counselor or attendance if you have specific questions. We have asked teachers that receive emails from families forward to attendance. This process ensures that all parties are communicated with to make appropriate changes.

JEROME EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES and UPDATES
Pizza Roll Fundraiser
Attention Students and Families: The Sophomore Cabinet is selling packs of six pizza rolls for $13/pack. These make excellent quick-prep meals and would be perfect for a pre-Halloween dinner, tailgates, parties, snacks, or family dinners. All six rolls in a pack are one flavor and they can be frozen, so they’re perfect for last minute delicious handmade food.

Options are:
pepperoni and cheese,
spicy pepperoni and cheese, and
garlic and cheese.

The money raised is going to support the Winter Dance on February 25, 2023. Our goal is to sell 1000 packs of these yummy, convenient, and ready-to-go pizza rolls. The funds will allow us to hire a DJ, buy decorations, and provide games and activities at the dance.
We know people are looking forward to this dance and would really appreciate your help to make this happen.
The ORDER DEADLINE is October 16th and PICK UP will be in room A208 on October 25th. If you choose to pay with a check, it should be made out to DJHS and if you choose to pay with cash, please put it in an envelope marked ‘Sophomore Cabinet’. Mrs. Dulin-Smith will collect all payments in room A208.
