Beginning Monday, May 8, the Jerome Village property management office for Towne Properties will be relocated to 7920 Brock Road, Plain City OH 43064 which is about ½ mile from the Community Center. Towne Properties office hours are Monday – Friday from 9AM to 5PM.
While email remains the most efficient method of contact, Towne Properties will be available at the Brock Road office should you need in-person assistance for property management-related inquiries such as Design Review Board submissions, fee payment, or community-related needs.
Inquiries regarding the Community Center facility including aquatics, fitness center, the Bar &Grille, or special events, should continue to be directed to the Jerome Village Community Center General Manager, Kristine Jones at the Community Center during the facility’s operating hours.
Additionally, we are pleased to announce the addition of two Towne Properties staff members joining the Jerome Village property management team, Abby Vincent will be the new Property Development Project Manager, and Joseph VanSkyock will be the new Field Operations Manager. Abby, along with Steve and Stephanie, will be available to assist with any resident-related inquiries.
