We are pleased to share that effective January 1, 2024, Columbus Hospitality Management will expand its current role and assume responsibility for all property management services at Jerome Village inclusive of the Jerome Village Market. With a long history of hospitality and customer service, the Columbus Hospitality team brings extensive experience and an unparalleled commitment to service to the various businesses and destinations they manage across the United States.

Steve Tilley, formerly with Towne Properties, will join the Columbus Hospitality Management team and will continue to serve as Senior Property Manager and your primary contact for property management-related services.

Columbus Hospitality will continue to manage the Jerome Village Community Center inclusive of the Jerome Village Bar & Grille, fitness center, growing pool facilities, staff, and swim team operations with Kristine Jones continuing to serve the property.

Future Columbus Hospitality updates regarding additional support staff and contact information will be posted to the Jerome Village resident portal as operations progress. Steve’s email address has been updated to reflect the new management company information. Kristine and Steve’s office locations and additional contact information remain the same.
