Dear Residents,

You asked and we listened! Jerome Village Community Center is excited to announce a new software program called Club Automation! Starting Monday, April 22, residents will be able to download and utilize the new and easy to use Club Automation software. At that time, an email will be sent with further directions including information to set up your login and account. Additional communications will be planned in May with instructions on how to download the mobile app which will improve the speed of pool entry, enable fitness center access, and eliminate physical cards and the need to fill out annual membership applications.  

This update will greatly enhance our processes and your member experience at the Jerome Village Community Center. The software provides an online portal, mobile app, SMS messaging and push notifications. More information regarding these features will be shared as we get closer to launch. Some of the key features include digital access card(s), information updates and special event calendar integration, the ability to purchase and manage special event tickets and registrations, and even the option to reserve a swim lane during select early hours when lap swimming is available.
